So i saved that game, quit the game and went to the careersave file in the fs17 folder. Then i deleted that savegame and started a new game on rattlesnake valley, i figured it is a huge map with huge fields, so i need a bit of starting money. I sold all my equipment and vehicles on Chellington, repayed my loan and so i basically 'sold' the farm.
